Job summary

Nealy Pierce, LLC is seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist for inpatient rehab in Oklahoma. You will work in a setting with stroke, brain injuries, SCI, and polytrauma, delivering 1:1 patient care and seeing patients through a 3–4 week stay with measurable progress.

The role emphasizes mentorship, evidence-based practice, and a stable, supportive team environment. Documentation time is allotted daily and there is a strong focus on patient-centered outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Master's/Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active Oklahoma OT license or the ability to obtain one.
• Inpatient Rehab experience preferred.
• H1-B Visa Sponsorship not available.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 patient care, with 4–6 patients per day.
• Engage in mentorship and training with a collaborative team.
• Discuss and document patient progress with about 1 hour of documentation time daily.
• Maintain a stable schedule and supportive work environment.

Full-time permanent Inpatient Rehab position...Inpatient Rehab is one of the most challenging, yet rewarding settings in all of healthcare. It is, at its core, the heart of Occupational Therapy. In this setting, you will work with patients in the most critical state of their lives and have the opportunity to meet them in their dire need. Additionally, you will be able to have a profound impact over the course of their 3 to 4-week stay and see them make drastic improvements to return to their life. You will work with various Ortho, Neuro, Cardiac, and Pulmonary patient diagnoses, seeing 4-5 patients per day. Our ideal candidate will possess the heart of a servant leader who truly cares about patient care. QUALIFICATIONS
