Endeavor Health is seeking an Occupational Therapist for inpatient services in Highland Park, IL. The per diem daytime role includes evaluation, treatment and follow-up for physician-referred patients; hours are 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.

with rotating weekends, and travel to Highland Park, Skokie, Glenbrook, Evanston Hospitals as needed. Applicants must be licensed or eligible for IL OT licensure, hold a Bachelor or Master’s degree in OT, CPR certified, and NBCOT/OTR certification preferred.

Competenze

• Licensed or eligible for licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the State of IL.
• Bachelor of Science in Occupational Therapy or Master’s degree approved by the AOTA/AMA.
• CPR certification; NBCOT/OTR certification preferred.
• Inpatient occupational therapy experience.

Mansioni

• Provide evaluation, treatment and follow-up services to physician referred patients.
• Prepare and maintain accurate patient records including evaluations, progress notes, discharge summaries and billing.
• Participates in the clinical supervision of students.

Hourly Pay Range:

$35.16 - $54.50 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate’s expertise and years of experience, among other factors.

Position Highlights

• Position: Occupational Therapist - Inpatient - Days
• Location: Highland Park Hospital, Highland Park, IL
• Hours: Per Diem - Hours as needed; 8am-4:30pm
• Weekends: Rotating- 2 weekend days/month; more available
• Required Travel: Highland Park, Skokie, Glenbrook, Evanston Hospitals
• Holidays: yes, 1 summer/1 winter

What you will do

• Provide evaluation, treatment and follow-up services to physician referred patients
• Prepare and maintain accurate patient records including evaluations, progress notes, discharge summaries and billing
• Participates in the clinical supervision of students

What you will need

• License: Licensed or eligible for licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the State of IL
• Education: Bachelor of Science from a school of Occupational Therapy or a Master’s degree from an accredited college or university approved by the AOTA and the Council on Medical Education of the AMA.
• Certification: CPR required, OTR certified (NBCOT preferred)
• Experience: Inpatient occupational therapy;
• Skills: Inpatient occupational therapy;
