The role requires an OT degree, an active license in the state, and ongoing professional development. You will supervise a COTA and ensure accurate documentation and compliant reimbursement.

Qualifications

• OT degree required and active license.
• Ongoing continuing education is expected to maintain licensure.
• Strong communication with residents, families, and care team.

Responsabilités

• Screen residents to determine the best intervention for each patient.
• Evaluate residents to inform treatment plans and set goals.
• Communicate evaluation findings to residents, families, and team.
• Establish therapy schedules with other team members.
• Perform therapy and document services for reimbursement.
• Oversee COTA and ensure compliant documentation and treatments.
