Job summary

Willoughby Health is seeking a Licensed Occupational Therapist to evaluate and treat residents, collaborate with an in-house therapy team, and document services in medical records.

You will develop individualized treatment plans to improve mobility and independence, supervise assistants, and provide training to staff while maintaining a safe, compliant care environment.

A $5,000 sign-on bonus is available plus additional PTO to support work-life balance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Masters/Doctorate preferred.
• Proficient in Net Health and Point Click Care.
• Licensed OT in the state; maintain license.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate residents to determine OT needs and rehab potential.
• Develop and update individualized treatment plans.
• Supervise COTA and aides in resident care.
• Communicate with physicians, families, and staff.
• Maintain timely, compliant documentation.
• Provide staff trainings and in-services.
• Ensure a safe treatment environment.
