Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent from an accredited therapy program.
• OTR certification upon hire.
• BLS certification from AHA or Red Cross.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, organize, administer, document and evaluate direct occupational therapy patient care in accordance with the physician's treatment plan.
• Perform thorough and complete patient evaluations to determine rehab potential and create individualized treatment plans.
• Administer occupational therapy treatments per professional standards and SOPs to maximize functional level and achieve goals.
• Maintain accurate documentation and communication of patient progress to referring physicians.
• Contribute to rehab services' efficient and productive operation and collaborate with the rehab team.

Occupational Therapist - State of Michigan Upon Hire

Occupational Therapist, Registered (OTR) Upon Hire

Basic Life Support (BLS) - American Heart Association or American Red Cross
