Job summary

Rehab Advisors by Enhance Therapies is hiring a licensed Occupational Therapist for an in-house management client in a skilled nursing/long-term care setting. This full-time role focuses on delivering high-quality patient care and developing strong clinical programs.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with functional, cognitive, and ADL impairments.
• Create and implement personalized care plans.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet regulatory requirements.
• Ensure physician orders are obtained and up to date.
