Ability Care Services in The Villages, FL is seeking a compassionate Home Health Occupational Therapist to join our team on a PRN, part‑time basis.

You will assess patients in their homes, perform evaluations including vital signs and mobility review, set goals to improve strength, and report progress to caregivers, physicians, and the agency office. Supervisory checks for COTAs may be required.

Qualifications

• Must have FL-approved master's OTR degree from an industry-accredited institution.
• Must have reliable transportation and proof of auto insurance.
• Must successfully complete Level II background check prior to offer and training.
• Must complete a competency check and orientation prior to initiating patient care.
• Current FL State OTR license is required.

Home Health Occupational Therapist PRN-Part time

Job Requirements
