Johns Hopkins Medicine invites applications for an Occupational Therapist I to assess patients, develop customized treatment plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team. Under supervision, you will mentor peers and contribute to service improvements in a leading healthcare system.

Qualified candidates hold a Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy, with MDOT license, CPR, and at least 18 months of experience.

Formación

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Strong understanding of social, behavioral, biological, and physical sciences foundational to Occupational Therapy.
• Expertise in OT theory, evaluation and treatment techniques, research application, and leadership.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate patients using objective assessment techniques, focusing on occupational limitations and medical conditions.
• Develop and implement customized treatment programs to help patients reach their maximum functional potential.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure patient and team outcomes are maximized.
• Mentor team members, promoting quality and excellence in patient care.
• Contribute to the improvement of department and hospital systems to support patient outcomes.
