Job summary

Trilogy Home Healthcare Tampa Office is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our team on a PRN/Per Diem basis, serving Southern Hillsborough County (Sun City Center, Ruskin, and surrounding areas). The OT will provide in-home therapy to improve mobility and independence, collaborating with doctors and the clinical team.

Requirements include a Florida OT license, 1+ year OT experience (home health preferred), and a valid Florida driver’s license with vehicle insurance.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Program (AOTA-approved).
• Active OT license in Florida.
• 1+ years OT experience; home health experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate, high-quality OT care in patients' homes.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams.
• Help patients regain mobility, strength, and independence after illness or surgery.
• Educate patients and families on balance, walking, and preventing decline.
• Assess and ensure safe home mobility for patients.

What You Bring:

• Graduate of an accredited school of Occupational Therapy Program (AOTA-approved)
