Job summary

Penn Medicine is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our clinical team in Pennsylvania. You will assess and treat patients using OT to improve ADL/IADL, coordinate care with a multidisciplinary team, and guide families through treatment and home modifications.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s in OT and PA OTR/L licensure; BLS/CPR; and a valid driver's license with auto insurance. This on-site role supports patients in home care settings under Penn Medicine’s mission.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Therapy from ACOTE accredited school.
• U..S. Pennsylvania OTR/L license is required or eligible.
• BLS/CPR through AHA certification is required.
• Valid driver's license and car insurance.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team, schedulers and managers to optimize patient experience.
• Plan, prepare and carry out OT programs for ADL/IADL to maintain or restore function.
• Perform initial exams, manage caseload and coordinate revisits and reassessments.
• Communicate with patient, family, caregivers, physician and team to plan and assess interventions.
