Apex Rehabilitation in Bronx, NY is seeking a Home Care Occupational Therapist (OTR) to enhance clients’ independence through personalized home-based therapy. You will assess daily living needs, design customized plans, and implement interventions to improve functional outcomes.

Applicants should have OT licensure, strong clinical and communication skills, and a compassionate, patient-centered approach. A valid driver's license and liability insurance are required as some visits are home-based.

Formación

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• State licensure as an Occupational Therapist.
• Strong clinical and communication skills.
• Ability to adapt therapy plans to diverse client needs.
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
• Valid Driver's License and/or reliable transportation.
• Valid Liability Insurance

Responsabilidades
