Job summary

Apex Rehabilitation is seeking a Home Care Occupational Therapist (OTR) to support clients in their homes across the South Bronx and surrounding areas.

You will conduct in-home assessments, develop customized therapy plans, and help clients improve daily living activities while coordinating with families and healthcare professionals. This part-time role offers flexible hours and field-based work to make a meaningful impact on independence.

Qualifications

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• State licensure as an Occupational Therapist.
• Strong clinical and communication skills.
• Ability to adapt therapy plans to diverse client needs.
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
• Valid Driver’s License and/or reliable transportation.
• Valid Liability Insurance

Responsibilities
