Job summary

Apex Rehabilitation in New York is seeking a part-time Home Care Occupational Therapist (OTR) to deliver in-home therapy focused on independence and daily living activities.

You will assess clients at home, design and implement customized plans, educate families, collaborate with other healthcare professionals, and maintain documentation. A valid OT license and driver's license are required; prior home-care experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• State licensure as an Occupational Therapist.
• Strong clinical and communication skills.
• Ability to adapt therapy plans to diverse client needs.
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
• Valid Driver’s License and/or reliable transportation.
• Valid Liability Insurance

Responsibilities
