Job summary

CoxHealth in Springfield, MO, seeks an Occupational Therapist to provide in-home evaluation, direction and application of services to retrain nerve pathways and compensate using remaining abilities.

Education: graduate of an approved OT program or eligibility for NR; 1 year OT experience preferred; must have MO license and active driver’s license. Sign-on bonus up to $6,000, relocation assistance and front-loaded PTO offered.

Qualifications

• Graduate of approved Occupational Therapy Program or eligibility for National Registration Examination.
• Two years occupational therapy experience and satisfactory proficiency exam.
• Active Missouri OT license and valid driver’s license are required.

Responsibilities

• Provides in-home evaluation, direction and application of Occupational Therapy Services to retrain damaged nerve pathways and/or teach compensation utilizing remaining abilities.
