Job summary

Baptist Health Medical Group out-patient therapy in Radcliff is seeking an Occupational Therapist with hand/orthopedic experience. The OT will evaluate and treat patients in an outpatient setting, focusing on hand injuries and post-surgical conditions.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy, current state licensure renewed yearly, NBCOT certification, and FIM certification maintained. Two years of OT experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited OT program.
• Active state licensure for Occupational Therapy.
• NBCOT certification required.
• FIM certification maintained on a regular basis.
• Two years of experience in OT preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintains pertinent certification / licensure and annual competencies as defined by job description and department guidelines without expiration.
• Follows departmental policy and procedures.
• Participates in assigned work area based on service triggers.
• Participates in special functions as sponsored by Sports Medicine and Rehabilitation unless otherwise assigned.
• Completes yearly competencies as defined by job description and department guidelines.
• Maintains productivity levels within acceptable departmental standards.
• Attends all required safety training programs and can describe responsibilities related to safety and national patient safety goals.

• Current state licensure required and must be renewed yearly
• FIM certification maintained on regular basis
• NBCOT certification is required
• Two years previous experience preferred
