Job summary

BHMG Physical Therapy Radcliff is seeking an Occupational Therapist with hand/orthopedic expertise for our outpatient therapy program in Radcliff, Kentucky.

The candidate must hold a current state licensure, NBCOT certification, and FIM certification; experience in hand rehabilitation is preferred.

Two years of relevant experience is desirable; you will collaborate with Sports Medicine and Rehabilitation teams, maintain competencies, and contribute to patient safety and quality care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited School of Occupational Therapy approved by the American Occupational Therapy Association required
• Current state licensure required and must be renewed yearly
• FIM certification maintained on regular basis
• NBCOT certification is required
• Two years previous experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Other duties may be assigned.
• Maintains pertinent certification / licensure and annual competencies as defined by job description and department guidelines without expiration.
• Follows departmental policy and procedures.
• Participates in assigned work area based on service triggers.
• Participates in special functions as sponsored by Sports Medicine and Rehabilitation unless otherwise assigned.
• Completes yearly competencies as defined by job description and department guidelines.
• Maitains productivity levels within acceptable departmental standards.
• Attends all required safety training programs and can describe his/her responsibilities related to general safety, department/service safety, specific job related hazards, and national patient safety goals.
