Qualificações

• Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Therapy required.
• Certified Hand Therapist credential required.
• Current state licensure required and renewed yearly.
• NBCOT certification required.
• FIM certification maintained regularly.
• Two years of experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate and treat patients referred by physicians and develop plans of care for independence and safety with ADLs and functional mobility.
• Maintain pertinent certification/licensure and annual competencies.
• Participate in activities sponsored by Sports Medicine and Rehabilitation.
• Complete yearly competencies as defined by department guidelines.
• Maintain productivity levels within departmental standards.
• Other duties may be assigned.
