Job summary

Baptist Health Louisville is seeking a PRN Occupational Therapist to join our compassionate team in East Louisville, providing inpatient and outpatient therapy. The role emphasizes one-on-one, evidence-based care across acute and outpatient settings.

Responsibilities include evaluating patients, developing and revising care plans, educating patients and families, coordinating discharge planning, and documenting care per regulatory guidelines; supervision of students is available as needed.

Qualifications

• Current active Kentucky Occupational Therapy License (or temporary).
• BCLS certification within 90 days of hire.
• NBCOT certification strongly preferred.
• DPAM certification strongly preferred.

• Develop and revise individualized care plans.
• Provide patient and family education on therapy goals.

As a PRN Occupational Therapist, you will evaluate patients, develop and revise care plans, provide patient and family education, and coordinate discharge planning. You'll document care in compliance with regulatory and insurance guidelines and support student supervision as needed. We value one-on-one, evidence-based care and a team-focused approach to whole-patient wellness. Ideal candidates hold or are eligible for a Kentucky Occupational Therapy License, with NBCOT and DPAM certifications strongly preferred. BLS certification is required or must be obtained.
