Job summary

Synchrony is seeking an Occupational Therapist to provide comprehensive OT services in an interdisciplinary setting. You will assess, plan, and implement therapy to enhance patients’ daily living activities and functional abilities. Collaboration with the care team and ongoing documentation are required to ensure quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Must have and maintain a current, valid state OT licensure or registration.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Education: Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for patients.
• Implement therapeutic interventions to improve patients’ functional abilities.
• Educate patients and their families on techniques and strategies for daily living activities.
• Document patient progress and adapt treatment plans as necessary.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Other duties as assigned.
