Job summary

TEEMA seeks an Occupational Therapist to evaluate and provide therapeutic interventions, helping patients regain independence and improve quality of life. You will develop and oversee functional maintenance programs and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal outcomes.

This role involves both remote and on-site coverage across multiple locations, with emphasis on elderly and disabled populations, care planning, and compliance.

Qualifications

• CA OT license required to practice in California.
• BLS certification is required for safety and readiness.
• Experience with elderly or disabled populations preferred.
• Training in Physical Agent Modality is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to patients with daily living challenges.
• Deliver remote and on-site therapy coverage across locations.
• Collaborate on patient assessments and care planning.
• Lead staff onboarding, competency training, and process implementation.
• Support data collection, analysis, and compliance reporting.
• Assist in presentations and quality improvement initiatives.
• Participate in strategic planning and interdisciplinary committees.
• Align rehabilitation services with organizational goals.
