Qualifications

• Current California OT license required.
• Minimum 1 year experience with elderly or disabled populations.
• Valid BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to patients with mental, emotional, or physical challenges, focusing on daily living activities.
• Deliver remote and on-site therapy coverage for multiple locations.
• Collaborate on patient assessments, care planning, and team-based care coordination meetings.
• Support staff development through onboarding, competency training, and process implementation.
• Lead data collection, analysis, and compliance reporting for quality improvement.
• Assist in presentations and quality improvement initiatives.
• Participate in strategic planning and interdisciplinary committees to enhance outcomes.
• Partner with managers and quality teams to align rehabilitation services with organizational goals.
