TEEMA is seeking an Occupational Therapist for outpatient clinics in California. The role focuses on evaluating and providing therapeutic interventions to help patients regain independence and improve daily living activities.

Qualifications

• Current Occupational Therapist license issued by the State of California Occupational Therapy Board.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience working with elderly or disabled populations.
• Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (AHA or American Red Cross).

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to elderly or disabled patients to improve daily living activities.
• Deliver remote and on-site therapy coverage for multiple locations.
• Collaborate on patient assessments, care planning, and team-based meetings.
• Support staff onboarding, competency training, and process implementation.
• Lead data collection, analysis, and compliance reporting.
• Assist in presentations and quality improvement initiatives.
• Participate in strategic planning, project execution, and interdisciplinary committees.
• Partner with managers and quality teams to align rehab services with organizational goals.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
