TEEMA seeks a licensed Occupational Therapist in California to evaluate and treat patients, focusing on improving daily living activities and independence.

Qualifications

• Current California Occupational Therapy license is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to patients to improve daily living activities.
• Deliver remote and on-site therapy coverage across multiple locations.
• Collaborate on patient assessments, care planning, and team-based care meetings.
• Support staff onboarding, competency training and process implementation.
• Lead data collection, analysis and compliance reporting.
• Assist in presentations and quality improvement initiatives.
• Participate in strategic planning, project execution and committees.
