Louisville East Post Acute is seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist to join our 178-bed facility, which includes sub acute rehab, Pathways, TBI, LTC and memory care units. You will develop treatment plans and obtain physician approval for services, then treat patients according to the physician’s plan.

Develop effective treatment plan and obtain approval for services from referring physician. Treat patients per the physician treatment plan.
Pay Rate - $35-45 USD Hourly
