Louisville East Post Acute in Louisville, KY seeks an Occupational Therapist for full-time placement in a 178-bed facility with five units including sub acute rehab, Pathways, TBI, LTC and memory care. You will develop treatment plans and obtain physician approvals, then treat patients per the approved plan.
