Job summary

Tender Touch Rehab Services LLC is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist for a full-time role in a skilled nursing facility/long-term care setting. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/masters/doctorate in Occupational Therapy from an AOTA-accredited program.
• NBCOT certification as an OTR if required by the state.
• Current license as an Occupational Therapist in the state of practice.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

• Evaluate and treat patients with functional, cognitive, and ADL impairments.
• Create and implement personalized care plans.
• Collaborate with team to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet regulatory requirements.
• Ensure physician orders are obtained and up to date.

What You’ll Do:
