Renewal Rehab, part of the Enhance Therapies family, is hiring a licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) for a full-time position in a skilled nursing facility in Illinois. This role focuses on delivering high-quality therapy with strong clinical support and opportunities for professional growth.

You'll evaluate and treat patients with functional, cognitive, and ADL impairments, create personalized care plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to achieve excellent outcomes, all within a

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an AOTA-accredited program.
• NBCOT certification as an OTR if required by state.
• Current license as an Occupational Therapist in state of practice.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

• Evaluate and treat patients with functional, cognitive, and ADL impairments.
• Create and implement personalized care plans.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet all regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all required physician orders are obtained and up to date.
