Renewal Rehab, part of Enhance Therapies, is hiring a full-time Occupational Therapist to join our team in a skilled nursing facility setting. Evaluate, treat, and develop patient care plans, while collaborating with staff to ensure high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an AOTA-accredited program.
• NBCOT certification as an OTR (state requirement).
• Current license as an Occupational Therapist in the practicing state.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with functional, cognitive, and ADL impairments.
• Create and implement personalized care plans.
• Collaborate with team to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet regulatory requirements.
• Obtain and update all physician orders.

What You'll Do
