Job summary

Renewal Rehab, part of Enhance Therapies, is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist for a full-time position in a skilled nursing/long-term care setting. You’ll join a growing team with strong clinical education and mentorship opportunities.

Qualifications

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an AOTA-accredited program.
• NBCOT certification as OTR, if required by state.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with functional, cognitive, and ADL impairments.
• Create and implement personalized care plans.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet regulatory requirements.
• Ensure physician orders are obtained and up to date.
