PARS Therapy in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our home health team. You will deliver skilled OT services to Medicare-eligible patients, helping restore movement and independence in daily life.

Active TX OT license and liability insurance are required. A graduate degree in Occupational Therapy and home health or rehab experience are preferred. Friendly, professional communication is essential for patient and family education.

Responsibilities

• Our Home Health Positions include Skilled Home Health Services that provide skilled services to people who meet the criteria for Medicare home health coverage. These home bound clients receive services provided by a nurse, physical therapist, speech therapist, or occupational therapist.

Requirements

• Active license in the state of TX required.
• OT Liability insurance in the state of TX required
• Graduate degree or greater in Occupational Therapy
• Home Health or Rehab experience preferred
