PARS Therapy is seeking a dedicated Home Health Occupational Therapist to support clients through recovery, improve mobility, and enhance quality of life in Dallas, TX. You will deliver skilled OT services, collaborate with nursing staff, and implement individualized treatment plans in patients’ homes.

The ideal candidate holds a graduate degree in Occupational Therapy, active TX licensure, and preferred Home Health or Rehab experience.

Responsibilities

• Our Home Health Positions include Skilled Home Health Services that provide skilled services to people who meet the criteria for Medicare home health coverage. These home bound clients receive services provided by a nurse, physical therapist, speech therapist, or occupational therapist.

Requirements

• Active license in the state of TX required.
• OT Liability insurance in the state of TX required
• Graduate degree or greater in Occupational Therapy
• Home Health or Rehab experience preferred
• Ability to manage patients with different types of personalities.
• Current knowledge of treatment practices
