Job summary

PARS Therapy in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our home health care team. You will partner with patients to promote independence and quality of life in the comfort of their homes.

You will evaluate conditions, develop individualized treatment plans, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to deliver evidence-based care with excellent communication and a patient-centered approach.

Qualifications

• Active Texas Occupational Therapy license required.
• Current professional liability insurance for practice in Texas required.
• Graduate degree or higher in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Experience in home health or rehabilitation settings preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patient conditions and create individualized treatment plans.
• Implement therapeutic strategies to improve daily living and motor skills.
• Educate patients and families on techniques to support recovery and independence.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive care.
• Monitor progress and adjust interventions as needed.
