A TX license, liability insurance, and a graduate degree in Occupational Therapy are required; home health experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Our Home Health Positions include Skilled Home Health Services that provide skilled services to people who meet the criteria for Medicare home health coverage. These home bound clients receive services provided by a nurse, physical therapist, speech therapist, or occupational therapist.

Requirements

• Active license in the state of TX required.
• OT Liability insurance in the state of TX required
• Graduate degree or greater in Occupational Therapy
• Home Health or Rehab experience preferred
