PARS Therapy in Channelview, TX seeks a committed Home Health Occupational Therapist to help clients regain movement and independence.

Requires TX license and OT degree; home health or rehab experience preferred. You will provide skilled OT services in patients' homes and collaborate with nurses and therapists.

Formación

• Active TX license required.
• OT liability insurance in TX required.
• Graduate degree or greater in Occupational Therapy.

Responsabilidades

• Provide skilled home health OT services to patients eligible for Medicare home health.
• Collaborate with nurses and other therapists to restore movement and mobility.
• Promote comprehensive care including promotion, prevention, diagnosis, treatment, intervention and rehabilitation.

Responsibilities

• Our Home Health Positions include Skilled Home Health Services that provide skilled services to people who meet the criteria for Medicare home health coverage. These home bound clients receive services provided by a nurse, physical therapist, speech therapist, or occupational therapist.
