Job summary

Qualifications

• Licensed Occupational Therapist in New York State (NY-Licensed) and NBCOT certification.
• Must have completed an accredited OT program approved by NBCOT.
• Ability to work with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Instruct/provide training on home therapeutic programs and/or assistive devices.
• Document contemporaneously using electronic health records (EHR).
• Meet productivity expectations.
• Coordinate care with interdisciplinary team to improve quality of life for the people we support.
