Job summary

Phoenix Staffing Solutions is seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our team at various West Roxbury locations. The OT will assess patients, design individualized plans, implement therapies, and educate families to improve independence and daily living skills.

Applicants should hold an OT degree (MSOT/Doctorate) and a current state license or eligibility. Clinical experience is preferred, with a collaborative, patient-centered approach to care.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as an Occupational Therapist.
• Clinical experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients’ needs and develop personalized treatment plans to address impairments.
• Implement therapeutic interventions to improve daily living activities.
• Educate patients and families on strategies to enhance independence.
