Job summary

Reliant Rehabilitation is seeking an Occupational Therapist to deliver therapy services to patients in accordance with our standards. You will screen, evaluate, develop and implement treatment plans, manage discharge planning, supervise assistants and rehab technicians, and coordinate case management.

Maintain state licensure and stay informed on OT developments. Join a large nationwide contract therapy provider that emphasizes clinical support, mentorship, and ongoing training across 44 states

Qualifications

• Graduate of an ACOTE-accredited occupational therapy program.
• Holds a current and valid state license to practice as an Occupational Therapist.

Responsibilities

• Foster positive relationships with clients and facilities.
• Provide high-quality care including patient screening and evaluation, and discharge planning.
• Supervise assistants and rehab technicians; manage cases.
• Adhere to regulations and maintain professional conduct.
• Maintain knowledge of billing models and treatment guidelines.
