Job summary

Anacortes Health & Rehabilitation of Cascadia Healthcare seeks an Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our therapy team in Washington. You will assess residents, plan interventions for ADLs, mobility, and safety, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to promote independence.

Requirements include graduation from an accredited OT program and active Washington OT license. CPR certification and long-term care experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited OT program.
• Active Washington OT license or eligibility.
• CPR certification (or ability to obtain).
• Experience in SNF/post-acute/long-term care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete functional assessments and create individualized treatment plans.
• Provide interventions focused on ADLs, mobility, and safety.
• Communicate progress with the interdisciplinary team and families.
• Collaborate with COTAs and Rehab Aides to ensure high-quality care.
• Foster a resident-centered rehab environment.
