South Creek Post Acute in Washington is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our compassionate team. You will provide occupational therapy treatments under the direction of a licensed OT, helping patients regain independence and improve daily living skills.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed Occupational Therapy Assistant.

Responsibilities

• Help patients improve mobility, independence, and activities of daily living.
• Document patient progress accurately and promptly.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care.
• Encourage and motivate patients throughout rehabilitation.
