Bainbridge Island Rehabilitation is seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist to join our in-house rehab program on Bainbridge Island, WA. We offer a $5,000 sign-on bonus and a flexible schedule designed to promote work-life balance.

The OT will screen and evaluate patients, develop individualized plans, implement evidence-based interventions, and coordinate with families and the care team to support recovery and safe discharge.

Qualifications

• Occupational Therapist license is required.

Responsabilités

• Screen/evaluate patients with cognitive and/or ADL disorders and develop care plans following standards.
• Utilize standardized assessments and evidence-based practice to support interventions.
• Provide rehabilitative, skilled treatment for cognitive/ADL disorders per clinical requirements.
• Administer ADL retraining, therapeutic activities, exercises, modalities, and assistive devices as needed.
• Assess progress and adjust treatments in the clinical record per requirements.
• Evaluate outcomes and refer as appropriate based on progress.
• Provide counseling to patients and families regarding the rehab process.
• Communicate progress with supervisor and health team about plans and barriers.
• Deliver comprehensive discharge summaries per regulatory requirements.
