Job summary

Qualifications

• Active State Licensure
• NBCOT / AOTA adherence and state practice acts

Responsibilities

• Screen and evaluate patients with cognitive and/or ADL physical functioning disorders and develop care plans.
• Provide rehabilitative, skilled, and medically necessary treatment interventions.
• Document progress and adjust treatments in electronic records per regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with supervision and health team members; participate in care conferences and trainings.
• Supervise support staff and students as assigned.
