Job summary

Reliant Rehabilitation is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to deliver comprehensive OT services across partner facilities. You will screen, evaluate, and treat patients, develop plans of care, and coordinate discharge planning while maintaining compliance with regulatory standards.

Collaborate with COTAs and rehab staff to ensure high-quality care and outcomes. Current OT license and graduation from ACOTE-accredited program required.

Qualifications

• Graduated from an ACOTE-accredited occupational therapy program.
• Holds a current and valid state license to practice as an Occupational Therapist.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to patients in alignment with Reliant Rehabilitation’s standards.
• Screen and evaluate patients; develop and implement treatment plans; plan discharge.
• Supervise assistants and rehab technicians; ensure compliance with state/federal regulations.
• Maintain professional conduct and uphold quality and safety standards.
• Communicate effectively with patients, facilities, and team members.
