Job summary

The Springs of Broadway in West Memphis, AR is seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist to join our therapy team. Qualifications

• OT degree from an accredited program is required.
• Active Arkansas OT licensure is required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive assessments of physical and cognitive abilities.
• Develop and implement individualized OT treatment plans.
• Provide interventions to improve motor skills, cognition, and daily living activities.
• Collaborate with physicians, PTs, and SLPs to ensure comprehensive care.
• Document progress and participate in discharge planning.
