Job summary
The Springs of Pine Bluff is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our in-house rehab team in Pine Bluff, AR. You will assess patients, develop personalized plans, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to improve daily living activities and quality of life.
Qualified candidates hold an Arkansas OT license, with SNF/LTC experience preferred. We offer flexible schedules, competitive compensation, and in-house rehab (non-contracted) with opportunities for growth.
Qualifications
- SNF/LTC experience required.
- Familiarity with Net Health Electronic Documentation System preferred.
- Ability to work with patients with different personalities.
Responsibilities
- Consult with patients to learn about their daily living activities and well-being.
- Assess evaluations and test results and develop personalized treatment plans.
- Implement treatments to maximize safety and independence in ADLs/IADLs.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure quality care.
- Document thoroughly and ensure compliance with regulations and plan of care.
- Provide education to patients, family members, and caregivers.
- Attend required rehab department meetings.
