Job summary

The Springs of Broadway in West Memphis, Arkansas is seeking a Full-Time Occupational Therapist to join our therapy team. You will assess patients, develop personalized treatment plans, and provide interventions to improve functional abilities and daily living skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Currently licensed as an Occupational Therapist in Arkansas.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing patient needs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with patients, families, and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical and cognitive abilities to identify strengths and weaknesses.
• Develop and implement individualized OT treatment plans to address occupational goals.
• Provide OT interventions to improve motor skills, cognition, problem-solving, and activities of daily living.
• Collaborate with physicians, PT, and SLP to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Document patient progress and treatment plans per established protocols.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss care and discharge plans.
