Reliant Rehabilitation is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to provide comprehensive OT services across diverse care settings. You will screen, evaluate, and treat patients, develop individualized plans, and coordinate discharge planning with an emphasis on quality outcomes.

You will supervise Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants and Rehab Technicians, maintain licensure, and ensure adherence to state practice acts and organizational policies.

Qualificações

• Graduated from ACOTE-accredited occupational therapy program.
• Holds a current and valid state license to practice as an Occupational Therapist.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver occupational therapy services to patients per OT standards and Reliant Rehabilitation policies.
• Foster positive relationships with clients and facilities while providing high-quality care.
• Screen and evaluate patients, develop and implement treatment plans.
• Discharge planning and supervision of assistants and rehab technicians.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations and infection control policies.
