Job summary

Life Care Center of Skagit Valley in Sedro-Woolley, WA is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to provide direct rehab care per physician referral. You will work within an interdisciplinary team to help patients achieve functional outcomes and improve quality of life in a post-acute setting.

Eligible candidates include NBCOT certification, BSOT/MSOT, and an active state license. New grads are welcome; CPR is required at hire or during orientation.

Qualifications

• NBCOT certification upon hire or renewal optional
• Graduate of an accredited OT program (BSOT/MSOT)
• Active state license in good standing
• 1 year experience preferred; new grads welcome
• CPR certification upon hire or during orientation

Responsibilities

• Follow occupational treatment plans for patients (activities of daily living)
• Establish, assess, and modify realistic, measurable goals
• Oversee and evaluate care given by OTAs and aides
• Document charts promptly and accurately
• Utilize therapy software for documentation and progress tracking
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and teamwork
