Reliant Rehabilitation seeks an Occupational Therapist to deliver high-quality therapies across our care communities. You screen, evaluate, and implement treatment plans, manage discharge planning, and supervise rehab staff while upholding Reliant standards and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Graduated from an ACOTE-accredited occupational therapy program.
• Holds a current and valid state license to practice as an Occupational Therapist.

Responsibilities

• Deliver occupational therapy services to patients following established standards.
• Screen and evaluate patients, develop and implement treatment plans.
• Discharge planning, supervision of assistants and rehab technicians.
• Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Demonstrate professional conduct reflecting excellence in care.
