Job summary

Reliant Rehabilitation is seeking an Occupational Therapist to deliver therapeutic services across patient populations in facility settings. The role centers on evaluating patients, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, and coordinating with a clinical team to ensure high-quality care and patient outcomes.

The OT will supervise COTAs and rehab technicians, maintain licensure, adhere to state and federal regulations, and participate in program growth and education

Qualifications

• Graduated from an ACOTE‑accredited occupational therapy program.
• Holds a current and valid state license to practice as an Occupational Therapist.

Responsibilities

• Enhance patients’ functional abilities through direct provision, oversight, and coordination of occupational therapy services.
• Provide clinical supervision and consultation to Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs).
• Supervise COTAs and Rehab Technicians during individual and group therapy sessions, ensuring alignment with state acts and company policies.
