Job summary

Reliant Rehabilitation is seeking an Occupational Therapist to deliver comprehensive therapy services in coordination with a clinical team. You will assess patients, develop and implement treatment plans, and oversee supportive staff to ensure high-quality care.

The role emphasizes adherence to regulatory standards, effective communication, and ongoing professional development in a dynamic healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• Graduated from an ACOTE-accredited occupational therapy program.
• Holds a current and valid state license to practice as an Occupational Therapist.

Responsibilities

• Deliver occupational therapy services to patients in alignment with professional standards and Reliant Rehabilitation’s guidelines.
• Provide supervision and mentorship to Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) and Rehab Technicians.
• Coordinate patient screening, evaluation, treatment planning, discharge planning, and case management.
• Maintain compliance with state practice acts and OBRA requirements, and adhere to infection control protocols.
• Communicate effectively in English for documentation and collaboration.
